Residential Services

Cozgroovy Green Cleaning offers weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services.

Kitchen

• Remove cobwebs
• Clean and scour sink
• Clean countertops
• Wipe down all appliances (exterior only)
• Refrigerator (top and exterior, if cleared off)
• Clean stove top, drip pans, and knobs
• Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned and handles wiped
• Clean microwave (inside & out)
• Clean tables and wipe down chairs
• Clean inside window over sink
• Floor vacuumed and mopped; rugs vacuumed/shaken out, replaced

Bathrooms

• Remove cobwebs
• Clean sink and counters
• Clean bathtub, shower, and toilet
• Clean mirrors
• Dust light fixtures and bulbs
• Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned and handles wiped
• Clean towel and toilet paper holders
• Floor vacuumed and mopped; rugs vacuumed/shaken out, replaced

General Cleaning

• Dusting includes dusting off items, picking them up and dusting underneath
• Baseboards dusted
• Glass cleaning – mirrors and slider doors (one set included w/ standard cleaning)
• Couch cushions vacuumed (one set included w/ standard cleaning)
• Make beds/ Change linens (must leave fresh linens on bed)
  *One bed included w/ standard cleaning. Add $5 for each additional bed
• Tidy room appearance
• Empty wastebaskets in all rooms
• Carpets vacuumed, hardwood vacuumed and mopped

** WE DO NOT TOUCH FLAT SCREEN, PLASMA, OR LCD TVs **
** We do not wash dishes. However, we will load your dishwasher with dirty dishes left in sink. **

 

Add-On Services

• Refrigerator only                    $25

• Oven cleaning                         $35
• Wash out wastebaskets         $5
• Make beds (one bed free)     $5 for each additional bed
• Kitchen cabinets – exterior (top to bottom)                         $35/hour
• Kitchen cabinets – interior & exterior (Items removed & replaced)      $35/hour
• Clean additional Sliding Glass Doors (one set included w/ standard cleaning)  $7

Rates

Every home is unique; therefore, we price our services by the job based on the needs of your household. We take into consideration the size of the home, number of rooms and bathrooms, amount of wood floors vs. carpet, level of cleanliness, how many occupants (including pets), among other factors in estimating your home cleaning fee.

 

Deep Cleaning/First-Time cleanings

First-time cleanings and one-time cleanings average 8 labor hours. This gives us the opportunity to do a deep clean of your home. Please understand that a thorough cleaning is a time-consuming process. We give added care and take precautions with furniture, collectibles, and other objects.

Rate = $35 per hour, per cleaning technician

 

Maintenance Cleanings

After the home has been cleaned the first time, regular maintenance cleanings will take less time since we are familiar with the layout of your home and what your cleaning expectations are according to your Home Plan.

The cleaning fee is set at a flat rate as opposed to charging by the hour for ongoing service, thus saving our clients money.

 

Move In / Move Out Cleanings 

Rate = $40 per hour, per cleaning technician 

 

Special Cleanings / Weekend Rates

We are closed on the weekends. However, from time to time a person will need to have a cleaning performed on the weekend. Our weekend rates are as follows:

Saturday cleanings, $45 per hour
Sunday cleanings, $50 per hour
