Safe and Healthy Cleaning Standards:
Cozgroovy Green Cleaning is committed to maintaining safe and healthy cleaning standards.
As a result, we provide all required cleaning supplies to perform the job.
Color-coded sponges – There are two sponges that are designated for your household only – one for kitchen cleaning and one for bathroom cleaning. Soiled sponges are replaced when necessary. After each cleaning, sponges are brought to the office, disinfected, then set aside in a bag labeled with your name.
Color-coded microfiber cleaning system – Cozgroovy Green Cleaning uses color-coded microfiber cleaning cloths. There are three different colors used to differentiate cleaning between the kitchen, bathroom, and dusting. There is no cross-contamination of kitchen vs. bathroom germs. All cloths are laundered with their respective color family.
Indoor shoes – We bring an extra pair of shoes to change into upon entering your home. These shoes are for indoor use only, never to be worn outside. This prevents outside dirt and germs from entering, and also protects carpets from being soiled from outdoor contaminants.
Modern cleaning technology
Microfiber has literally revolutionized cleaning as we know it. Microfiber cloths are made by splitting polyester fibers into millions of microfibers, each 100 times thinner than a human hair. They are capable of removing 99% of bacteria on a surface using water alone. They also generate static electricity, which attracts dust particles, dirt, and bacteria like a magnet. Microfiber is highly absorbent, holding seven times its own weight in liquid, and is completely lint-free.
Vacuum vs. broom – We do not use brooms in our cleaning. Brooms have a tendency to move dirt around and redistribute dust particles into the air. Our vacuums trap the dirt.

Shaklee Basic H2 – safe for all floor types - Disinfectants
We use the disinfectant properties of many essential oils such as tea tree, lavender, eucalyptus, lemon, orange, pine, cinnamon, and many more, plus vinegar and Borax.
Minimal water usage – We only use the water that we need to effectively clean your home. For our floor cleaning, we fill one bucket about one-quarter full of water and cleaning solution. When rinsing the shower walls, tubs, and basins, we only turn on the water to fill and refill our rinse cup. The water does not run constantly.
No Swiffer or paper towel use – Cozgroovy does not use these disposable products. We employ a combination of microfiber and terry cloth mop heads to mop floors.

Cleaning reminders – We email reminders a day or two before your scheduled cleaning. Not only does this friendly reminder help you organize your schedule, it can also help you avoid potential lockout and cancellation fees.
